The Gun Hive Code: Terms of Acquisition & Return
At Gun Hive, we deal in precision instruments and the responsibility of personal security. Our operations are built on mutual respect, compliance, and technical excellence. Because every item in our collection is a specialized defensive tool, our return policies are governed by safety, legality, and the finality of informed choice.
1. Transfer of Possession (Firearms)
All firearm purchases are final once the legal transfer of possession is completed.
-
Inspection Protocol:
Upon arrival at the designated secure transfer point (FFL), it is the buyer’s responsibility to conduct a thorough inspection. Verify mechanical integrity, model specifications, and overall condition before signing any transfer documentation.
-
Refusal of Transfer:
If the firearm shows evidence of shipping damage or does not match the technical description listed in our vault, you must refuse the transfer at that time. Gun Hive will promptly correct the issue or issue a full refund.
-
Post-Possession:
Once the firearm has been legally transferred into your possession and recorded, it cannot be returned or exchanged. Any operational or manufacturing issues discovered after transfer are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty and service programs, not Gun Hive.
2. Consumables: Ammunition & Ballistic Components
For the safety of all responsible owners, all ammunition sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on ammunition or ballistic consumables. This policy ensures that every round sold by Gun Hive is factory-certified, uncontaminated, and has remained under strict, climate-controlled security. We do not reintroduce ammunition that has left our custody under any circumstances.
3. Technical Gear & Accessories
Optics, tactical equipment, and maintenance tools are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
-
Items must be unused and in original, pristine condition
-
All manuals, seals, accessories, and original packaging must be intact
-
The item must show no signs of mounting, wear, or modification
Returns due to preference changes (not defects) are subject to a 10% Administration & Security Fee, which covers inspection, verification, and reintegration into secure inventory.
Defective items may be exchanged or directed to manufacturer warranty support at no additional administrative cost.
4. Order Cancellations
A firearm purchase is a regulated and serious transaction.
-
Orders cancelled after processing but before secure dispatch are subject to a 5% Processing Fee, covering compliance checks, documentation, and vault handling.
-
Orders cancelled after dispatch are treated as refused transfers and handled according to Section 1.
5. Resolution & Support Process
If you require assistance with an eligible return or exchange, please contact the Gun Hive Support Bureau directly. Each request is handled individually with discretion, efficiency, and respect for the responsibilities that come with ownership.
